In the corporate world, even more than in private life, we are focused on what is wrong. This is logical because of our negative bias, but empirical leadership research clearly shows that including a positive approach in management leads to a substantial improvement in individual employee and company performance. It's not about creating a rosy corporate world, but about using the benefits of positive leadership to improve performance. How do we get there? The approach is centered around 4 principles: create a positive work climate, encourage positive interpersonal relationships and communication and finally, ensure that the work done in the company by employees has a real positive meaning for the community.
