Today’s technique is a one minute guided meditation
Let your eyes close.... let your spine straight... open your chest….
and begin breathing with full awareness.
Inhale with awareness into your body and exchale softness allowing the shoulders… the neck….the jaw...to relax
Inhale while fully focusing on your breath. Noticing the sensations as you breath into the body… and exhale softening...opening...being presence.
As you inhale, feels what’s happening in your body right now. From the bottom of your spine...all the way to your stomach...chest...and heart...and throat...the eyebrows and the top of your head… breathing into any sensation you will find…. allow your body to soften and relax.
